The large travertine stones on the facade, which come from the Colosseum, recall the shape of modern sofas. During the summer season, the restaurant moves to the internal courtyard and the bar moves to the panoramic roof terrace weather permitting. Our chef chooses 0 km products and offers tasty "Roman" recipes, preferring products of the season.
